I’m Karen, a qualified hypnotherapist and Reiki Master/Teacher, with a passion for helping people experience deeper healing, gain clarity and develop a greater understanding of themselves and their lives.

My journey into holistic therapies began in 2011, when I trained in a range of complementary and holistic therapies. Over the years, my work has naturally evolved towards the approaches I have found to be the most powerful and transformative: Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression and Reiki.

Through these therapies, I support clients in looking beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deeper emotional, behavioural and energetic patterns that may be influencing their lives. Past Life Regression, in particular, can offer a fascinating and profound perspective, helping you explore your experiences, relationships and challenges from a different point of view and, for many people, bringing a greater sense of understanding, clarity and peace.

They say Reiki finds you when you need it most — and that was certainly true for me.

In 2017, shortly before completing my first Reiki training, my 18-month-old granddaughter was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour and given only a 2% chance of survival.

During an incredibly difficult and frightening time for our family, I travelled to Bristol Children’s Hospital every weekend for seven weeks, where I gave her Reiki. Seeing her respond and the comfort Reiki appeared to bring her was incredibly powerful and remains one of the most profound experiences of my Reiki journey.

Nine years on, she is thriving, attending mainstream school and living life to the full. Her journey had a huge impact on me and deepened my connection with Reiki and my desire to share this beautiful therapy with others.

Over the years, my work has continued to evolve. Alongside my Reiki training and practice, I have expanded my hypnotherapy training and developed a particular interest in Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).

QHHT was developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a pioneer in the field of past life regression. I am a certified Level 2 QHHT practitioner and am registered on the official QHHT website.

Many of the people who initially come to me for Reiki are looking for something deeper — wanting to understand themselves, their experiences or recurring patterns on a different level. For some clients, Past Life Regression can provide a unique opportunity to explore these questions, gain new perspectives and uncover insights into relationships, emotions and life patterns.

I believe that every person's journey is unique, and there is no single approach that is right for everyone. My role is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you.
