I’m Karen, a qualified hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher, with a passion for helping people experience deep healing and gain clarity in their lives.

My journey began in 2011, when I trained in a range of holistic therapies. Over time, my work has naturally evolved to focus on the approaches I’ve found to be the most powerful and transformative—Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, and Reiki.

Through these therapies, I support clients in moving beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover and heal the root causes of emotional, physical, and behavioural patterns. Past Life Regression, in particular, can offer profound insight—helping you understand your life, relationships, and challenges from a much deeper perspective, often leading to lasting change.

They say Reiki finds you when you need it most, and that was certainly true for me. In 2017, just before my first Reiki training, my 18-month-old granddaughter was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour and given only a 2% chance of survival. I spent every weekend at Bristol Children’s Hospital giving her Reiki, and the difference it made was incredible. Nine years on, she is thriving—attending mainstream school and living life to the full.

More recently, I have continued to expand my hypnotherapy training, specialising in Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), developed by pioneer Dolores Cannon, I am a certified, registered practitioner on the QHHT official website, I'm currently continuing my training in the advanced level 2.

Many of my Reiki clients have been seeking deeper healing, and Past Life Regression has provided that for them, helping them uncover the root causes of their health issues, as well as gain clarity around relationships and life patterns.
