It is a form of energy healing that flows from our life force energy rather than from the practitioner. It is a deeply relaxing treatment that can be either a hands-on or hands-off treatment or a combination of the two.

I offer Reiki training from level I to Reiki Master/Teacher and Karuna. Training is available both in person and online, so whether you'd like to be attuned to the Reiki energy to facilitate self healing whenever you need it, and to help family, friends and even your pets or whether you'd like to make Reiki your career, there is a training for you.
