What to expect and the difference between a reiki session and a Karuna Reiki Session
Karuna reiki sessions are very similar to reiki sessions in that they are deeply relaxing and combine hands-off and hands-on treatment to facilitate healing. However, the energies of Karuna reiki, through the use of higher vibrational symbols and chanting, create profound transformation in the mind, body and soul.
Chanting during the session intensifies the flow of energy, which can be felt as vibrations, heat, or pressure. The moments of silence following the chanting can be felt as deeply profound relaxation. Karuna reiki really does have to be experienced to be believed!
