Receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Through consultation and an energy assessment, I can determine the areas requiring attention and devise a plan that encompasses self-care recommendations and specific exercises for your continued healing.

Depending on your specific needs, your plan may include any of the following:

• Personalised meditation plan - including guided audios.
• Sound Healing audios for your specific health goals.
• Advice on how to use a tuning fork at home for your specific needs.
• Recommendations for ongoing well-being, specific to your health and well-being requirements.

Your treatment plan will give recommendations for 4 weeks and ongoing recommendations for your long-term health and well-being.

Treatment plans are included with the 60 or 90-minute Reiki Sound Healing Session. 

Reflexology

Rebalance your body with a revitalizing foot massage that focuses on specific reflex points connected to various organs, providing relief and support for a range of health conditions.

For those who cannot travel and would like to receive a session in the comfort of their home, I offer a mobile service covering Torbay and the surrounding areas. There is an additional charge of £10 to cover traveling time and expenses; please contact me to find out if your area is covered.
