Reiki Sound Sessions

Combining Reiki with sound healing creates a powerful and transformative healing experience that taps into both energy and vibration to promote holistic well-being.

Reiki, an ancient Japanese healing technique, works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner to the recipient, helping to balance the body's energy centres and alleviate physical and emotional stress.

Sound healing, on the other hand, uses specific frequencies and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, and crystal singing bowls to harmonise and recalibrate the body's energetic field, promoting healing on every level. 

When combined, Reiki and sound healing amplify and significantly deepen each other's effects, leading to deep relaxation, emotional release, and an enhanced sense of peace and balance. 

This synergistic approach can clear energetic blockages, reduce anxiety, and foster a profound sense of connection and healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Together, they create an immersive healing experience that supports the body's natural ability to heal and restore itself. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

A Reiki Sound session lasts up to 90 minutes. I begin by channeling Reiki and working on the upper body and chakras before introducing sound healing. I then begin with a Tibetan Singing Bowl and follow with Tuning Forks, working on any specific areas in need of attention. Various other instruments may be introduced as needed, such as crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and shakers. Each session is always tailored to the individual needs of the client. The session then concludes with more Reiki on the lower half of the body and energy field

Even though we’re not in the same room, Reiki energy transcends distance. During our Zoom session I’ll guide you into a relaxed state, and I’ll channel Reiki energy directly to you. The sound vibrations from the instruments will be transmitted through your speakers, filling your environment with calming, balancing frequencies. You’ll feel the effects as if you were here in person —whether it’s a deep sense of relaxation, emotional release, or a profound energetic shift.
