Whatever your individual needs, this one-day workshop is tailored to your specific requirements and is available for all lineages and levels of Reiki.

As a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, I will include Holy Fire healing experiences to energise your Reiki flow and aid your self-healing. I will also cover all Reiki techniques and information that you would like covered.   

This workshop is available in person and via Zoom at a date convenient to you.

Rejuvenate mind, body, and soul as you Immerse yourself in a profoundly healing and transformative day of Reiki, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Yin Yoga.

Treat yourself to a well-deserved day of nourishment and healing as you release stress and anxiety and restore balance. This will allow you to be more productive, bring clarity, and allow you to reach your full potential.

No experience is necessary for you to indulge in this deeply restorative day just for you. 

Itinerary:

• 10.30 am - Welcome - introductions and explanation of the day 
• 11.00 am - Meditation Class
• 12.00 pm - Reiki and Sound healing Session
•   1.00 pm - LUNCH
•   2.00 pm - Holy Fire Reiki Deep Healing Meditation 
•   3.00 pm - Yin Yoga
